Refund Policy

Our refund policy follows the standard guidelines established by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your premium subscription, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first initial payment. To be eligible, you must submit a refund request within 14 days of the original purchase date.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be provided for requests made after the 14-day promotional period. Subsequent recurring billing charges (renewals) are considered final and non-refundable unless legally required.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your account identifier and your Paddle transaction receipt. We will process your request promptly.

4. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, Paddle will process the return of funds to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement depending on your bank's processing times.
